Q: Spider ID?

I took photos of two spiders in an open field in central Pennsylvania.
I would like to know the names of both.
And also what is hitching a ride on the one spider?

To me they both appear to be crab spiders. Crab spiders sit in flowers waiting for other insects like bees. Hover flyes etc t come for the necter and then they attack them. I think they get there name baecause they move sideways. Bot to me it definitly looks like a species of crap spider. If you also do a search on crab spiders on http://www.google.com you'll fine a load of info on crab spiders.
