First and foremost the pup should not have been sold to you in this condition.........
Really and truly you must go to the vet with your little Peke pup.
Have it checked over correctly. There are way too many things that can cause blood in the stools and some of them can kill the pup.
Please go now to the vet.
The vet can run tests to find out what is causing the stool problem and treat it also the ears.
I have two Pekes and this is def not the normal for them.
